Chrissy Teigen reveals daughter Esti’s chin stitched by plastic surgeon

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s daughter Esti has had her chin stitched up after an accident at home.

In a photo shared to Teigen’s Instagram Stories on Friday, the 2-year-old tot was being treated by Dr Ariel Ourian, a plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills, California, as she lay on her mum’s front, while Esti’s left hand clutched a red lollipop.

TV personality Teigen, 40, wrote over the snap: “Hesitant to share this because he will get too busy to give my kids their daily stitches, but @drourian, thank you so much for always saving us. The traumas for a kid and parent both! We love you so much.”

The star has three other children with her 46-year-old husband, singer John – daughter Luna, 9, and sons Miles, 7, and 2-year-old Wren.

While Teigen loves having a big brood, it comes with its challenges.

In 2023, she told People: “For me, the hardest part is making sure the older ones feel loved and taken care of and just as special as the babies, even though you might have your hands on the babies a lot more.

“There’s a lot of diaper changing and feeding, and it seems like you’re coddling these two little babies, and they’re not getting enough. I was speaking with my therapist, and I was like, ‘I’m having a hard time because I want to make sure that Miles and Luna feel like we still love them’.

“I think any parent of multiple kids can understand that you want to make sure they still feel loved.”

In 2024, Teigen opened up further about her children, saying Miles and Esti are “very close”, while Luna has taken on a nurturing role within the family.

Appearing on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Teigen said: “Luna is like the mother of us, I mean, she takes care of me when I’m sick. She brings me ice packs if I have a headache, and she loves being a nurse.

“She gives foot massages for cash now!”

And Esti is Legend’s biggest fan.

In September, Teigen took to Instagram and shared a video of Esti clapping her hands as she chanted: “That’s my Daddy, I love my Daddy” while watching the 13-time Grammy award-winner perform Glory at the Grace for the World concert on TV.
