Channing Tatum has slammed his film GI Joe: Rise of the Cobra.
The actor revealed his strong feelings during a chat with US radio host Howard Stern where he said he was under contract with Paramount to complete the 2009 film.
"Look, I'll be honest. I f***en hate that movie.I hate that movie," he said.
I was pushed into doing that movie ... (After) Coach Carter, they signed me for a three-picture deal ... And as a young (actor), you're like, 'Oh my god, that sounds amazing, I'm doing that'.
"The script wasn't any good. I didn't want to do something that I thought was one, bad, and two, I just didn't know if I wanted to be G.I. Joe," he said.

The film was critically panned yet it made US$302 million (NZ$439.98 million), and Tatum did concede that it had been good for his career to play the role.
"I could have been given I don't know, Scream 5. I'm super lucky and blessed to have been given that film. That was really not all that bad. (But you have) no option. You're doing this or we're gonna sue you'." he said.
Tatum also told Stern that he thinks his Ghostbusters reboot is on hold.
The American actor had plans to make a male version of the classic film with Sony, but a female version directed by Bridesmaids' Paul Feig is already underway.
"That things gotten messy, he told Stern.
"I gotta be honest, there's a lot of people doing a lot of things on Ghostbusters."
The four female leads in Feig's film are Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones with Chris Hemsworth playing the receptionist.
For the moment, Tatum thinks his remake is on hold.
"I think we're in a bit of a gestation period. I mean, that's a beloved movie by a lot of people, and then there's a lot of people that never saw the movie," he told Stern.
