Actress Elizabeth Banks managed to assemble dozens of stars from film, music and television - all backing Clinton in her bidfor the White House - to come together to record a Pitch Perfect-inspired a cappella cover of Rachel Platten's hit single, Fight Song.

"My friends and I, we believe in this idea of 'Stronger Together', we believe in Hillary Clinton. So we made something for her," Banks told the convention crowd.
Famous faces include Jane Fonda, Mandy Moore, Sia, Idina Menzel, Connie Britton, Ian Somerhalder and wife Nikki Reed, Mary-Louise Parker, Rob Reiner, Kristin Chenoweth, John Michael Higgens, Aisha Tyler, Modern Family stars Julie Bowen and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, as well as several Pitch Perfect cast members and Rachel Platten herself.
Eva Longoria and America Ferrera, who both delivered powerful speeches at the Democratic convention during the evening, also belted out a few lines in the new campaign anthem.
Sure, it's super earnest, it's cheesy, it's a tad cringe and mildly embarrassing (especially for the celebs who can't quite hit the right notes), but it may be just what American voters need right now.

Banks, who co-produced the toe-tapping music video, kicks things off by saying, "This is for Hillary." It ends with Sia simply commenting, "Go Hillary".
One major difference from the original song is a rapped verse, with lyrics clearly inspired by Clinton:
The Hunger Games star posted the Fight Song rendition to her official Facebook page shortly after it debuted at the convention. It has already been viewed more than five million times.

The DNC said in a statement: "Fight Song has been energising Clinton supporters at events around the country throughout the campaign, and reinforces Clinton's proven record of fighting for all Americans and her commitment to tackling the big challenges we face as a country as president."
Earlier in the evening, Banks hilariously mocked GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump's We Are The Champions entrance at the Republican convention in Cleveland last week.
"Some of you know me from the Hunger Games, in which I play Effie Trinket, a cruel, out-of-touch reality TV star, who wears an insane wig while delivering longwinded speeches to a violent dystopia," she told the crowd.
