The Burberry star's outing comes just days after she was spotted in Los Angeles with Cody Simpson and fellow model Gigi Hadid with what appeared to be a black eye.
Cara's injury could have happened on the set of her new movie Paper Towns which she is currently shooting in North Carolina.
