Today's Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer campaign reveal shows a new addition to the series: Playable female soldiers.
The reveal comes at the end of the trailer, when it is shown that it's a female combatant that has taken out her rivals, as she proceeds to reload her weapon.

developer, Infinity Ward, confirmed the news by tweeting: "Yep, that was a female soldier #GhostsMP."
Infinity Ward's Mark Rubin also mentioned that "as you saw in the trailer, you can also play as a female soldier".
Call of Duty: Ghosts is to be released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U & PC on November 5th.
