LCD Soundsystem have announced a New Zealand show at Spark Arena next February.
The Brooklyn dance band fronted by James Murphy will be returning to Auckland for one show on Saturday February 24, 2018.
Joining Murphy will be Australian electronic singer-songwriter Nick Murphy (formerly Chet Faker), who last played Auckland at Laneway Festival 2017.
LCD Soundsystem are touring in support of their critically acclaimed new album American Dream, which was released this year following a seven-year hiatus.
Tickets for LCD Soundsystem's show are on sale from Thursday November 30 through Ticketmaster.
LCD Soundsystem's show takes place over a stacked weekend of live music in Auckland. Playing the same night at The Studio are Australian electro-pop group Cut Copy, while Primal Scream play the night before (February 23) at the Powerstation.
The National perform at Villa Maria Estate Winery on Sunday February 25, while Bruno Mars plays Spark Arena on February 27 and 28. Meanwhile, Splore festival takes place from February 23-25 at Tapapakanga Regional Park.
