Kiwi singer Brooke Fraser has had surgery to repair the damage she caused to her hand when a knife went through her hand while she was cutting an avocado.
Fraser, who says the wound won't stop her playing music, posted a picture on her Instagram account last night showing her
lying in a hospital bed.
"For everyone who's been asking, I was cutting an avocado a few days ago when the knife slipped and kinda sorta went through my hand," she wrote.
"Had successful surgery today to repair the nerve I severed so I WILL be able to play music again! "The surgical team were BOSSES."
