Originally from Nelson, Broods are brother and sister Caleb and Georgia Nott.
New Zealand brother and sister act Broods have performed on US television before an estimated two million viewers.
Caleb and Georgia Nott appeared on Thursday on Late Night With Seth Meyers, one of the post-midnight talk shows to play new single Mother & Father.
The appearance is part of the
duo's build-up to the release of debut album Evergreen, which is produced by Lorde collaborator Joel Little, on August 22.
The album follows earlier EP Bridges which was released earlier this year.
Having already toured the US and Canada and been signed to major labels in both the US and Britain, Broods is set to perform their first headlining show in New Zealand at Auckland's Powerstation on August 21.
