Britney Spears sure knows how to make fitness fun.

The 36-year-old got hot and heavy in the gym with her personal trainer boyfriend Sam Asghari, 24, on Thursday - and shared a video of the workout with her fans on social media according to DailyMail.

She flashed her washboard abs while wearing a red sports bra and white booty shorts, while Sam wore black shorts and no shirt.

The compilation saw the pair perform a series of exercises including push-ups, sit-ups, body presses and handstands.

Using her legs to latch onto Sam's waist, one move saw the pop star drop her head to the floor before performing an ab crunch to come back to the top.

The move ended with Britney giving her man a smooch.

The Toxic singer posted a similar video last month while dressed in the same white shorts.

'Some days you just got to dance!,' she captioned the clip at the time.
