Bobbi Kristina Brown has been moved to a rehabilitation facility.
The daughter of the late Whitney Houston - who has been in hospital since January 31 when she was found unconscious in a bathtub - is reportedly being transferred from the hospital where she is currently receiving treatment, Emory UniversityHospital, to an undisclosed rehab facility in Atlanta.
There has been no change in the star's condition, a source close to the family confirmed to NBC News.
Doctors had been hoping to make progress with Bobbi Kristina's condition but suffered a "setback" when she suffered seizures as they tried to bring her out of a medically induced coma previously.
A source said at the time: "This is a horrible setback. Everyone was hopeful that this was the sign that she'd turned the corner. We were so optimistic."
The 22-year-old beauty was also recently given a tracheotomy to help her breathe through a small incision in her neck.
A source said: "The tracheotomy is a different place for the tube to go. Everything else remains the same. It's a waiting game. The family is hoping and waiting.
