The Auckland Art Fair kicks off tonight, after a three-year hiatus.
The event is held at The Cloud on Auckland's waterfront, and will run until Sunday.
Forty dealer galleries from New Zealand, Australia, the Pacific and South America -- chosen by a committee of gallerists, art patrons and cultural commentators
-- will display a selection of artists' work.
Galleries include Rarotonga's Bergman Gallery, Sydney's The Commercial, Santiago's MUTT and Milford Galleries Dunedin.
General access to the fair costs $30 and tickets to an "artists' party" on Friday from 5pm to 9pm is $45.
