Andy Serkis reprises his role as Caesar in War for the Planet of the Apes, the latest in the prequel-sequel series
of the beloved classic.
The war between mankind and the intelligent apes has gotten darker and deadlier, with the world slipping towards dystopia.
"I did not start this war. I offered you peace. I showed you mercy. But now you are here to finish us off for good," Caesar growls over shots of humans hunting apes and being captured.
The apes face a new threat from the Colonel, played by Woody Harrelson, who is having success with wiping out the ape threat.
