After 14 years of dating and five years of being engaged, Amy Adams and longtime love Darren Le Gallo have finally tied the knot.
The 40-year-old actress and the father of her four-year-old daughter Aviana said their I do's in a very secret wedding ceremony in California on May 2,according to E! News.
In 2001, the five-time Oscar nominee was first linked to her artist beau, whom she met in an acting class.
Adams and Le Gallo "swapped vows in very hush-hush fashion, with only a small number of their close friends in attendance to witness the occasion."
The wedding was presumably put on hold for many years due to Adams' busy schedule.
In 2013, Adams revealed to Vanity Fair that she was "not getting married anytime soon.
"I know he's completely capable and lovely, and beautiful, and offers something I could never hope to offer just in the nature of his being," she said.
Adams also shared with Allure magazine: "We both have a very specific idea that we want to do this [the ceremony] in spring or fall, like in those months, but every time I'm busy working.
"I want something very family-oriented and laid-back."
