Adele has set a new record of expletives spoken during one of her concerts, dropping 56 swear words on the first night of her 'Finale' gigs at London's Wembley Stadium.
The star uttered 44 "f***s", seven "shits" and a "bastard" in front of an audience of 98,000, according to href="https://www.thesun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/3914740/potty-mouthed-adele-breaks-her-swearing-record-during-wembley-gig-as-she-unleashes-44-fs-one-ae-one-ps-one-dk-seven-ss-one-tt-and-one-bd/" target="_blank">The Sun.
There was also reportedly an "arse", "p***", "d***" and t**s".
Adele's previous swearing record was 33, set at Glastonbury Festival in 2016.
The singer also told the crowd about one of her Auckland concerts, at which a swarm of insects waged war against her.
"My stage was invaded by bugs I have never seen in my f***ing life. One bastard got into my boot and was sucking on my blood," she said.
Adele also confirmed in a speech that her four-night run at the London stadium will be her last shows.
"Touring is a peculiar thing, it doesn't suit me particularly well. I'm a real homebody and I get so much joy in the small things," a handwritten note included in fans souvenir programmes said.
