Adele joined millions around the world on Saturday, sending her congratulations to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as they wed at Windsor Castle.
The singer, who was at one point rumoured to be performing at the nuptials, took to Instagram to share her celebrations from home.
Raising a glass of bubbly to the camera, the make-up free star was dressed in a cosy patterned sweater but added a glam black lace fascinator to her look.
"Congratulations Meghan and Harry. You're the most beautiful bride. I can't stop thinking of how happy Princess Diana is upstairs x," the singer captioned the photo.
As well as speculation she would perform for Harry and Meghan, the singer was also rumoured to sing at the 2011 nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The down-to-earth singer told Graham Norton though that she ditched being at that A-list wedding in favour of her own celebration with pals.
"I couldn't play because my barbecue has been booked for some time," she quipped.
Adele recently hosted her own lavish celebration, marking her 30th birthday this month with a Titanic-themed party in Los Angeles.
The singer dressed as Kate Winslet's character Rose for her lavish bash, which was attended by the likes of Alan Carr.
