Actor and radio host Pua Magasiva has been fined for breaching his driving conditions.
The former Shortland Street star appeared in the Auckland District Court last week to face a charge of driving a vehicle contrary to his limited licence along State Highway 16 on August 1.
The 38-year-old was fined $400, ordered to pay court costs of $130, and disqualified from driving for six months for the breach.
Soon after Magasiva first appeared in court for the breach he posted a video on Instagram of his motorbike being taken away.
The video showed a person riding the bike away from Magasiva, who commented he wasn't able to ride it.
His driving restrictions were a result of drink-driving.
On October 31 last year, Magasiva was hosting a children's Halloween party with his now wife and drinking wine.
He later left on his motorcycle to go to his brother's house but decided to return.
When he did, a police car was outside his home.
In March, the actor was sentenced to 80 hours' community work, 12 months' supervision and disqualified from driving for 13 months for the drink-driving conviction.
Magasiva has been convicted twice prior for drink-driving - in 2003 and 2005.
He is best known for his role as nurse Vinnie Kruse on long-running Kiwi soap Shortland Street and is a previous host of The Flava breakfast radio show.
