The Silver Scroll nominee won the award for Country Song of the Year this year, following the release of her critically acclaimed album Drylands.
She'll be belting out a collection of new and old songs ahead of Sons of a Bitch as the trio travel the country by horse truck to play at the woolsheds of the North Island - a track once reserved for the Topp Twins and Fred Dagg.
Each show will be preceded by a fundraiser barbecue run by the local school or community group, and a cash bar will be operating.
The Sons of a Bitch and Mel Parsons: North Island Woolshed Tour will visit towns all over the North Island starting in Pirinoa on October 19 and ending in Hutt Valley on November 13.
They did a sell-out tour earlier this year in the South Island which was a huge hit.
Tickets this time will be limited because of shed sizes, so to see which towns they're visiting and score your tickets first, visit eventfinda.co.nz.
