When Hamish and Andy called an unsuspecting Melbourne man and asked him to act as a reference for a fake interview, they expected him to fail.
What they didn't know was that when 23-year old James Lord answered the phone, he was ready to give the best reference of his life.
"I'll just tell them that you're a ripper bloke - I've got you covered."
Andy calls Lord not long after acting as "Graham Burn from Kells & Co.", a fake accounting firm and boy does he deliver.
"What you see is what you get with him, he's a go-getter and when he says things are going to get done, they'll get done," he emphasises.
The legendary electrician sends the duo into fits of laughter who they call "the best bloke in the world."
Random Job ReferenceWhen calling a random number to see if they'd be a strangers' job reference, we accidentally found the best bloke in Australia…

Scaring a co-worker to the point of wetting her pants
The boys managed to get their hands on the "the most expensive and most realistic dinosaur on the planet" in March of this year and decided there'd be no better use for it than scaring the hell out of their unsuspecting co-workers.
As they round the corner of the deserted carpark, all of the co-workers get a huge fright with one even admitting she was so petrified she wet her pants.
"I wet my pants ... a little bit, "she said, to which Hamish responded, "We've got a code yellow!"
Blowing pepper up their noses
In the classic "Experimental as Anything" segment that quickly became a crowd favourite on the show, Hamish managed to convince Andy to see if he could sneeze with his eyes open.
As Andy struggles to sneeze, his best mate Hamish decides to lend him a helping hand filling a straw with black pepper and blowing it directly up his nose.
Safe to say that wasn't the best idea as Andy painfully struggles to ease the pain with water and saline solution.
Always a trooper, Lee still attempts to pull off the experiment, holding his eyes open as he sneezes.
Ghosting anyone and everyone
Arguably one of the show's best ideas ever, ghosting was a sport the boys invented where you have to walk as close as possible behind another person without them realising you're there.
The "sport" became so famous they were invited to teach it to the audience of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in the US and The Graham Norton Show in the UK.
Going gorillas
Hamish and Andy don't limit their pranks to just humans, when they can be animals, they'll be animals too.
Heading to Werribee Open Range Zoo back in 2011, the duo donned some not very realistic gorilla costumes and were placed in their "enclosure" for the day.
The vast majority of visitors to the zoo believed the prank as the boys traipsed around the enclosure, preening each other and no doubt laughing their heads off inside the suit.
Bondi vet Dr. Chris Evans helped prolong the prank, answering questions from visitors who were a little more sceptical.
Playing frisbee, riding bicycles and even escaping in one of the keeper's cars were all actions still believed by the visitors.
What's next for the boys
A "10 Years in 10 Weeks" special airs Monday 16 January 2017 while they complete their new TV show, created by their production company Radio Karate, which they hope will get picked up by Channel Nine.
Hamish and Andy will start their final year doing the drive shift on 27 March next year.
It's safe to say that's going to be an emotional day.
