| 2 | Bananas (Main) |
| 3 Tbsp | Greek yoghurt, (heaped) |
| ¼ tsp | Vanilla beans, paste |
| ¼ tsp | Cinnamon |
| ¼ tsp | Ground nutmeg |
| 1 squeeze | Liquid honey |
Directions
- Blend for 30 seconds, makes 500ml.
