Use a bottle of bubbles as the base for this recipe, and add cucumber, grapefruit juice and ginger. This recipe was shared by Viva photographer Babiche Martens.
Ingredients
| 1 | Cucumber, large, sliced thinly with skin on (Main) |
| 10 cm | Ginger, peeled and thinly sliced |
| 6 | Radishes, large, thinly sliced |
| 1 cup | Pink grapefruit, freshly juiced |
| 1 bottle | Dry bubbles |
| 1 | Ice |
Directions
- Combine cucumber, ginger, radishes and grapefruit juice in the server.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Add bubbles, stir gently, add ice and serve.
