I’ve added white chocolate and cranberries to a basic biscuit recipe to create a Christmas feel. You can, of course, use this mix all year round and add chocolate chips, peanuts, raisins or whatever else is in the cupboard.
Ingredients
| 125 g | Softened butter |
| ½ cup | Sugar |
| 1 tsp | Golden syrup |
| 1 cup | Flour |
| 1 tsp | Baking powder |
| ½ cup | Cranberries (Main) |
| ½ cup | White chocolate bits (Main) |
Directions
- Heat oven to 160C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
- Cream the butter, sugar and golden syrup until light and fluffy. Add the flour, baking powder, cranberries and chocolate mixing through until combined well.
- Place teaspoons on to your baking tray and place into the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
