It's fresh, tasty, easy to prepare ... and healthy

- Mix the sour cream and the wasabi paste in a small cup. Mix in the breadcrumbs. Cover the salmon on a sheet of aluminium foil with the mix. Fold up the foil so all is sealed inside
- Place in the Weber for 12 minutes to cook. When cooked, removed from foil and serve with sprig of parsley on top. The salmon usually slips off the skin, leaving only the cooked fish to go on the plate.
- Serve with wild rice, baby carrots and broccoli. Goes well with Dusky Sounds Pinot Gris. Cheers!
