Ingredients
| ½ | Pears, ripe, include skin, discard pips |
| 1 piece | Fresh ginger, As much as you like, peeled and choped a little |
| ¼ cup | Rolled oats, Soaked over night if you remember |
| 1 cup | Coconut milk, or milk of your choice |
| 1 small handful | Spinach, or Silverbeet ribs cut out |
| 1 tsp | Honey, if needed |
Topping
| 1 sprinkle | Toasted shredded coconut, none |
| 1 sprinkle | Pumpkin seeds, none |
| 1 pinch | Dried ginger powder, none |
Directions
- Blend all smoothie ingredients together.
- Transfer from blender to large glass and sprinkle topping ingredients on top.
- Drink, and keep a spoon handy for scraping up the toppings at the end if needed
