My granddaughter who lives in Australia made this for me and each time I visit from NZ we have it for a meal

| 6 large | Mashed potato |
| 4 medium | Brown onions, cut into thin rings |
| 4 medium | Venison medallions (Main) |

- cook potatoes and mash,.fry onions cook venison rare
- put potatoe on large platter,arrange onions and sliced venison on top.serve with a green salad and enjoy
