Ultimate slaw

This is our new favourite slaw. The addition of snow pea shoots to the mix totally enhances the freshness of the whole thing. The real magic comes from the addition of the nuts and seeds, they not only offer crunch, flavour and colour but are good for you as well.

Salad

1 packet	Snowpea sprouts (Main)
¼	Red cabbages, finely sliced (Main)
¼	White cabbage, finely sliced (Main)
1	Finely chopped spring onion
¼ cup	Coriander leaves
¼	Red onions, finely sliced
1	Nashi pear, finely sliced
1 Tbsp	Hazelnut, roughly chopped (Main)
1 Tbsp	Pine nuts (Main)
2 Tbsp	Sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp	White sesame seeds (Main)
1 Tbsp	Black sesame seeds (Main)
1 Tbsp	Linseed / flaxseed (Main)

Dressing

½ cup	Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp	White wine vinegar
2 tsp	Lemon juice
1 tsp	Dijon mustard
½ tsp	Crushed garlic

Directions

1. Add all of the salad ingredients to a bowl.
2. Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing and add to the slaw to serve.
