Ingredients

1 bottle	Chardonnay, I used Brancott Estate Hawke's Bay Chardonnay
1 block	Cheese, I used Blue River Cheese, Curio Bay Pecorino (Main)
1 packet	Crackers, plain

Directions

Select quiet spot on tussock covered hill to place backside.
Open barely chilled bottle of Brancott Estate Hawke's Bay Chardonnay and pour into two glass wine glasses.
Open packet of Blue River Cheese, Curio Bay Pecorino and with a sharp pocket knife shave off slivers onto a clean linen napkin.
Open Cracker packet.
Recline, eat, drink and repeat.
