This simple salad packs a powerful taste punch and can be served as a main meal or with some potatoes to add some carbohydrates.
|3 cups||Salad greens|
|425 g||Tuna in spring water (Main)|
|1 tsp||Wholegrain mustard|
|¼ cup||Olive oil|
|3 Tbsp||White wine vinegar|
|1 ½ tsp||Sugar|

- Combine chopped spinach, radishes, onion and drained tuna in a bowl and toss well. Divide salad mixture between four serving plates.
- Combine mustard, olive oil, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt and parsley in a bowl and drizzle over salad.
