We couldn’t resist the Tostada de mejillones (mussel tostada) which we modified to suit local ingredients. We used agria potatoes instead of idaho, and a smoky chilli powder in place of chile pasilla powder (Mexican Specialities in Ellerslie sells these chillies dried).
