This delicious silken chocolate mousse is very rich, so you'll need only a small glass or bowl each. It can be made in the morning or overnight and stored in the fridge until serving time. It makes an easy but lovely dessert for a romantic dinner for two.
|100 g||Dark chocolate, ideally at least 70% cocoa solids, coarsely chopped (Main)|
|½ cup||Marshmallows, chopped|

- Heat chocolate, half of the cream and marshmallows in a dry, heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until melted and smooth (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Beat remaining cream to soft peaks and fold through chocolate mixture. Divide between 2 or more glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
