Ingredients
| 200 g | Feta, crumbled |
| 200 g | Edam cheese, grated |
| 250 g | Cottage cheese (Main) |
| 1 tsp | Nutmeg, grated |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1 to taste | Ground pepper |
| ¼ cup | Milk |
| 1 Tbsp | Flour |
| 2 sheets | Flaky pastry |
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Line an oiled baking dish with a layer of flaky pastry (I used a sheet of frozen puff pastry).
- Top with the cheese mix and cover with another sheet of pastry.
- Brush the top with oil and prick with a fork.
- Bake at 180 degC for around 20 mins until the pastry has coloured .
- Serve hot or cold.
