Migonette sauce
½ | Red onions, finely chopped |
3 Tbsp | Red wine vinegar |
1 | Lemon, freshly zested and juiced |
1 Tbsp | Mirin |
1 tsp | Fresh ginger, grated |
1 | Kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped, optional |

Directions
To make a mignonette sauce to serve alongside freshly shucked oysters, combine the onion with the red wine vinegar, lemon zest and juice, mirin, ginger and the chopped kaffir lime leaf (optional). Mix and chill.
