A balanced healthy meal for dinner
Ingredients
| 3 fillets | Rump steak (Main) |
| 200 g | Telegraph cucumbers |
| 150 g | Carrots |
| 150 g | Capsicums |
| 10 g | Mint |
| 10 g | Coriander |
| 10 g | Red chillies |
| 20 ml | Fish sauce |
| 8 g | Caster sugar |
| 50 g | Red onions |
| 5 ml | Olive oil |
| 5 g | Ground black pepper |
Directions
- Steak marinated with fish sauce , salt and pepper Cook the steaks for 3 minutes on each side.(until which done you like) Rest meat 4 minutes and kept resting juice a side Then julienne the meat.
- Place the slice meats and all vegetables in bowl add little sugar and fish sauce. Add the meat juice , collected from the time resting meat. Use fried rice vermicilli as a garnish on top
