Ingredients
2 | Golden kiwifruit, skin off (or on....your choice) |
2 handfuls | Frozen berries, strawberries/rasberries/blackberies are my fav |
½ tsp | Cinnamon |
½ tsp | Ground ginger |
½ tsp | Ground turmeric |
1 tsp | Chia seeds |
1 Tbsp | Rolled oats |
1 tsp | LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond mix) |
150 ml | Almond milk, or to cover |

- throw it all in and blitz until smooth
