This quite pork meal takes just minutes to cook. Serve with a side salad and some potatoes for a complete meal.
|¼ cup||Parmesan cheese|
|½ cup||Fresh parsley|
|4||Pork steaks / fillets (Main)|

- Mix finely grated parmesan with breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, crushed garlic and lemon rind. Using a rolling pin, flatten each of the pork steaks between two pieces of plastic food wrap, then coat each steak in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook pork steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until they are golden and cooked through.
- Serve with mashed potato and greens.
