Ingredients
| 1 cup | Sun-dried tomatoes, or semi-dried (Main) |
| ½ cup | Extra virgin olive oil |
| ¼ cup | Italian parsley |
| 1 Tbsp | Capers |
| 2 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 1 | Garlic clove, peeled |
| 2 Tbsp | Grated parmesan cheese |
| 1 handful | Fresh herbs, for garnish |
Directions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until almost smooth.
