Ingredients
| 75 ml | Dilmah English Breakfast Tea (Main) |
| 50 ml | Rum (Main) |
| 50 ml | Fresh lime juice (Main) |
| 25 ml | Sugar syrup |
| 1 drop | Angostura bitters, use another drop if liked, according to taste |
Directions
- Brew the tea, strain and leave to cool. Add all the ingredients in to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into a glass and garnish with a twist of orange and a wedge of pineapple.
