Ingredients
1 serving | Green beans (Main) |
1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
2 cm | Fresh ginger, grated |
1 | Lemon, freshly zested, plus extra to season |
1 tsp | Sesame seeds |
1 Tbsp | Sesame oil |
Directions
- Top and tail some fresh green beans and slice in half on the bias.
- Combine beans with garlic, ginger, lemon zest, and sesame seeds.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok until smoking, then flash fry beans for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and lemon juice.
