|1 kg||Chicken nibbles (Main)|
|½ cup||Hoisin sauce|
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|1 Tbsp||Tomato sauce|
|1 tsp||Fresh ginger|

- Place chicken in a large non-metal baking dish, pour over hoisin, soy and tomato sauce as well as grated ginger and crushed and chopped garlic. Mix well and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Cook chicken for 10 minutes on high in the microwave and then transfer to a preheated barbecue hotplate and cook until well coloured.
