Prawn kebabs on slaw is a very easy and healthy dinner. You could serve them with soft tacos and a couple of other salads for a larger meal.
Herby slaw
| ½ | Red cabbages, thinly sliced |
| 1 large bunch | Mint, roughly chopped |
| 1 large bunch | Parsley, roughly chopped |
| 1 large bunch | Coriander, roughly chopped |
| 2 Tbsp | Roughly chopped nuts, of your choice |
| 2 Tbsp | Seeds, of your choice |
Dressing
| ½ cup | Natural yoghurt |
| 2 Tbsp | Rice wine vinegar, or other vinegar |
| 1 Tbsp | Sesame oil |
| 1 pinch | Chilli flakes |
| 1 | Lime, juice only, or the juice of 1 lemon |
| 1 pinch | Sea salt and cracked black pepper |
| 1 pinch | Smoked paprika |
Prawn skewers
| 8 | Bamboo skewer |
| 32 | Prawns, shells removed (Main) |
| 2 Tbsp | Harissa paste |
| ½ | Lemons, juice only |
| 1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
| 1 | Spring onion |
