Ingredients
| 45 ml | Waiwera Spiced Gold Rum (Main) |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice |
| 15 ml | Shott orange and lemongrass syrup |
| 1 bottle | Quina-Fina bitter lemon, to taste |

Directions
- Build the ingredients over ice in a wine glass. Garnish with lemons, mint and fruit in season.
