Smoked venison panini

It is my original family favorite recipe using venison harvested from our four generation family owned property/farm.

Ingredients

2 slices	Sourdough bread
2 Tbsp	Mayonnaise
1 tsp	Horseradish
5 slices	Venison, smoked and shaved (Main)
1 slice	Cheddar cheese
1 ounce	Sundried tomatoes
1 drizzle	Olive oil

Directions

1. Assemble sandwich with all ingredients, drizzle both sides of sandwich with olive oil and grill sandwich in panini maker or grill pan until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. Serve immediately!
2. Make more than one and enjoy with chips, pickle red wine or amber ale and share with people you love!!!
