It is my original family favorite recipe using venison harvested from our four generation family owned property/farm.
Ingredients
2 slices | Sourdough bread |
2 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
1 tsp | Horseradish |
5 slices | Venison, smoked and shaved (Main) |
1 slice | Cheddar cheese |
1 ounce | Sundried tomatoes |
1 drizzle | Olive oil |
Directions
- Assemble sandwich with all ingredients, drizzle both sides of sandwich with olive oil and grill sandwich in panini maker or grill pan until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. Serve immediately!
- Make more than one and enjoy with chips, pickle red wine or amber ale and share with people you love!!!
