Ingredients
| 250 g | Sour cream |
| 250 g | Cream cheese |
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
| 4 Tbsp | Cranberries, chopped |
| 350 g | Hot-smoked salmon fillets, broken into chunks (Main) |
| ¼ cup | Lemon juice |
| 1 bunch | Chives, chopped |
Directions
- Place cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, cranberries, about 100g of the smoked salmon, lemon juice and some salt and pepper into a mini food processor.
- Whizz until well combined. Stir through the rest of the salmon and the chives and check seasoning.
- Refrigerate for a while before serving to let the flavours develop.
