It's a simple healthy quick recipe that feeds our family without blowing our budget
Ingredients
| 1 whole | Salmon, Salmon bone |
| 1 large handful | Frozen mixed stir-fry vegetables |
| 2 packets | Singaporean noodles |
| 1 Tbsp | Light soy sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | Fish sauce |
| 3 fillets | Tarakihi fillets (Main) |
| 1 tsp | Minced garlic |
| 1 knob | Butter |
Directions
- Boil the salmon bones in a deep dish pan. This is the base as a broth for the noodles. Take out the salmon bones and put aside.
- In a frying pan, add a knob of butter, minced garlic and tarakihi fillets. Fry the fish for 2 mins. Be aware not to overcook them.
- Put both the frozen veges and noodles into the broth and simmer for 5 mins. Add the soy sauce and fish sauce and seasoned to taste.
- Finally mixed in the tarakihi fillets into the noodles. Delicious!!
