I love this recipe as it is so simple to make but always gets lots of compliments.
Ingredients
| 1 bottle | Cream |
| 2 sprigs | Rosemary |
| 2 pinches | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
| 4 steaks | Venison, back strips are best (Main) |
Directions
- pretty much just put everything into an oven proof dish making sure the venision is completely covered
- Put into a low temperature oven (around 140) for 2 hours.
