This is great simply over steamed broccoli, but is also a good dressing for any salad. You could also mix it just through cabbage with a few nuts for a very simple slaw.
Ingredients
| 1 small | Shallot, finely chopped |
| 1 tsp | Dijon mustard, heaped (Main) |
| 4 Tbsp | Olive oil |
| 1 pinch | Flaky Marlborough sea salt |
| 1 pinch | Cracked black pepper |
| 2 Tbsp | Red wine vinegar |
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small jug, taste and adjust as necessary.
