This is a great Asian-inspired dressing that is great over vegetables, but also as a basis of a slaw. Stir it through noodles and serve with fish, chicken, or beef, and a crispy fried egg for a quick easy meal.
|2 Tbsp||Soy sauce (Main)|
|1||Spring onion, finely chopped|
|1 Tbsp||Chilli oil|
|2 Tbsp||Sesame oil|
|1 Tbsp||Rice wine vinegar|
|½ tsp||Fresh ginger, minced, optional|
