- Pre-heat oven to 180 degC. Place the chicken, cut into 4cm pieces and sesame oil in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Place breadcrumbs and sesame seeds on a tray and season with salt and pepper. Roll chicken in this mixture to coat.
- Line an oven pan with nonstick baking paper. Arrange chicken on prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown all over and cooked through. Serve with tomato sauce on the side for dipping.
