- Prepare the salad ingredients ( mung bean sprouts, thinly sliced with seeds removed red pepper, thinly sliced lenghtways snow peas, thinly sliced spring onions, toasted sesame seeds), then combine everything except the toasted sesame seeds in a large bowl.
- Combine dressing ingredients ( crushed garlic, soy sauce, juice of 1 lemon, sesame oil) in a small bowl and whisk together.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat. Serve salad immediately, scattered with toasted sesame seeds.
