- Heat oven to 220 degC. Place sausages (our preference is spicy Turkish beef sausages), chunky vegetables and bay leaves in an oven pan. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
- Stir cornflour into beef stock until dissolved and liquid is smooth. Pour over sausages and vegetables.
- Place in the oven uncovered and roast for 30 to 40 minutes or until the sausages are cooked and well-browned and the vegetables are tender.
