| 1 | Watermelon, cut into large dice (Main) |
| 100 ml | Sugar syrup, (see recipe below) (Main) |
| 240 ml | Red wine (Main) |
| 120 ml | Acqua di Cedro liqueur |
| 40 ml | Orange juice, or passionfruit juice |
Sugar syrup
| 60 g | Sugar (Main) |
| 60 g | Water |
Directions
Cocktail
- Combine all the ingredients and marinate the diced watermelon for at least 1 hour.
- To serve, take cocktail glasses and place pieces of the watermelon into each.
- Pour over the sangria and dress with orange segments and mint leaves.
Sugar syrup
- Combine in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
